Every Isla Capricho piece is packed by hand with care. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your table.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping — FREE on U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.
Expedited Shipping — $30 flat. Need it fast? Choose expedited at checkout for delivery in 1–2 business days.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it all the way to your door.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard: After processing, standard U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within a week of shipping.
Expedited: Delivered within 1–2 business days after processing. Order early in the day to ship the same or next business day.

We currently ship throughout the United States.
PACKAGING & FRAGILE ITEMS
Our ceramics and glassware are hand-wrapped and packed to travel safely. In the rare event that something arrives damaged, please email us at hello@islacapricho.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
