Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to begin a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging. Pack items securely and ship with tracking. Returns must be received within 10 days of initiating the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 10 to 12 business days. Sales taxes will be refunded, but original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We will email you when the refund is processed. Isla Capricho Homeware is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
We cannot process direct exchanges at this time. To choose a different style or color, return the original item and place a new order.
