We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Isla Capricho Homeware purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@islacapricho.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. 

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

Return Requirements:

  • Items should be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Include all original packaging materials.
  • Securely pack the items in a shipping box.
  • Returns must be shipped with tracking and received within 10 days of initiating the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 to 12 business days. Sales taxes will be refunded, but original shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Isla Capricho Homeware is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Exchanges
